Everette Parrish graduated with honors from North Texas State University and later received his Juris Doctor from Nashville School of Law. He worked as a paralegal for the United States Attorney’s Office Middle District of Tennessee, and as a criminal defense attorney for the middle Tennessee Federal Public Defender’s CJA Panel. For nearly ten years Mr. Parrish served as the “John L.” attorney for incarcerated juveniles in secure facilities within the Department of Children’s Services, having interviewed, counseled, and represented over 2000 youth.
Everette Parrish is admitted to practice in all Tennessee courts and in Federal Court for the Middle District of Tennessee. His published writings include several articles for the Nashville Bar Journal, and he also received “Contributor of the Year” award from the Nashville Bar Association in 2012. He is currently a member of the Williamson County Bar Association and the Tennessee Bar Association.
